Extra Notes

1. The work that is done within a session/workshop is laying a foundation, and the emphasis will be on the transfer of skills to your performance environment. In other words, the work you put in on a daily basis is what will lead to the gains you're searching for.

2. We believe in frontloading psychological skills just as you frontload your physical training or other preparations. This means putting in the work ahead of time so when you enter your arena, you'll be able to do what you've trained to do. Take advantage of your offseason!

3. Although we prefer meeting you in person, all consultation is now offered through virtual platforms.
